Bubble wrap is a flexible PE packaging material composed of small air-filled bubbles that ensures efficient protection. Our sustainable Ocean Green® Bubble is becoming a standard as it is part of our sustainability strategy.

Sustainable bubble innovation

Our Abribubble® and Astrobubble® are an air cushion film consisting of bubbles formed between two or more mono extruded lightweight polyethylene (PE) film layers.

ASTROSUPRABUBBLE ® is a barrier bubble film consisting of coex extruded polyethylene films with a nylon barrier to reduce air loss. Coex construction avoids easy tear. Of course we also have our Ocean Green bubble, which is made of up to 100% recycled material and is 100% recyclable.

These products are available in different configurations, such as rolls, sheets, pouches or bags, laminates and stitched bubble (covers).

Product adapted to your needs:

Bubble rolls are available in various bubble diameters and in different qualities and widths. Working with rolls gives you a great versatility and efficiency. Rolls are easy to handle due to their light weight.

The bubble film can be easily cut to the right length, resulting in little material loss. This allows you to work perfectly to size. The bubble wrap can also be provided with perforations that allows you to tear off sheets in a perfectly same size.

Working with Bubble sheets can be very useful if you protect smaller products. Our sheets are custom made. At Abriso Jiffy, we listen to the needs of our clients.

We can make your bubble sheets according to your needs. Bubble sheets are primarily used as shock absorbing intermediate layers. Of course, our sheets are available in various bubble diameters and in different qualities. We can also deliver pre-cut on a roll.

Bubble Laminates are customer based products. The base of this product is the bubble wrap itself, but it is laminated with another product, such as PE foam, HDPE, LDPE, Kraft paper, aluminium,...

The strength the Bubble Laminates lies in the fact that, as a customer, you can choose which other layer the bubble is laminated with. Of course, here too you can count on Abriso Jiffy's expertise. Because of lamination with bubble, these laminates are mainly used as shock-absorbent packaging in transport or storage. It makes an ideal shock and scratch-resistant packaging. Different bubble diameters and different qualities can be used for lamination.

Lamination is also available in antistatic bubble, espacially developped for electronic products. Abrifoamflex® and Astro Soft® are 2 product ranges where bubble is laminated with foam. This gives the advantages of both materials.
